Hub for Arts & Literature on Orcas

We live online and wherever our partners showcase the artworks of HALO fine artists.

HALO operates under the fiscal sponsorship of Orcas Open Arts which is a 501(c)(3) that depends on support from generous donors, sponsors and volunteers. To donate, please visit the OOA fund at Orcas Island Community Foundation and mark your donation in honor of HALO.
